Good Friday

Thursday April 17, 2014
Good-Friday-Cross.png

Good Friday occurs two days before Easter Sunday in the United States. It is the day when Christians commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, which plays an important part in the Christian faith. It is not a federal holiday in the United States, although it is a state holiday in some of the 50 states.

Good Friday is another day at work for many Americans, as it is not a national holiday but some people choose to take a day off work and have a long "Spring Break" weekend. Working or not, let us not forget what this day stands for.

For more information and the clip art, visit Good Friday.

From time-to-time I like to feature other artists that create clip art. Andy Nortnik is a very interesting fellow that not only creates great clip art but he is also a sculptor.
