Browsing through the past featured sites, the past Best of the Net award recipients, and the topic specific clip art links will turn up a wealth of wonderful Web sites. All the sites linked in the indexes and categories of clip art links are excellent resources of various types and styles of clip art, backgrounds, animation, icons, and more, but some of the Web sites have become my solid gold favorites that I visit again and again.
This list is large and covers a reflection of the past five years of links. The list does not include all of the Best of the Net Award recipients and does not cover all of the exceptional sites. This list does cover my own personal outstanding favorites.
