  • What is Web clip art?


  • Web clip art describes any image, graphic, background, icons, dividers, or clip art that has been created especially for use on the World Wide Web and Web pages. Many of these elements are also used in other publications, including newsletters, craft projects, and desktop publishing projects as well as on Web pages.

    Cartoons, line bars or dividers, bullets, titles, borders or corners, frames, photo clip art, photo clips, photo objects, animated images, navigation graphics, backgrounds, email buttons and images, and other visual images in various sizes, shapes, colors, and topics can all be referred to as Web clip art.
