  • Is a photograph considered Web clip art?


  • There are three cases where photographs can be considered Web clip art. When clip art is added to a photo or a partial photo to create a new image (Photo Clip Art), or when a portion or an object is removed from a photo and the background tranparented or turned to one color, such as white, (Photo Object) and used on Web pages, or when a photograph is greatly reduced in size (Photo Clip) and added to a Web page, with or without a drop shadow.
