  • Can I use scanned Christmas cards to create original Web page backgrounds?


  • I believe that you would need to have permission from the artist who created the Christmas card image to use the image to create Web page backgrounds. It might be wise to read up on Copyright and Copyright Infringement laws before claiming scanned and manipulated art, photos, or images as your own original work.
